Chemical Testing

Spectrometer: Spectromax( Germany) make . 32 Elements analysing capacity.

Mechanical Testing

Universal testing Machine: 40 tons capacity Computerized UTM for tensile strength, yield strength and Elongation with Electronic Extensometer.
Calibrated in presence of TUV Nord and IBR.

IMPACT: 300 joules impact machine calibrated in presence of TUV Nord & IBR.

We have facility to test the specimen at -196°C.

HARDNESS Tester: 3000 kgs Crystal make Brinell hardness testing machine.

Test Certificates:

YESCO will provide the following certificates to the customer for every heat/batch supply.

1. EN 10204 Type 3.1 Test Certificate.
2. EN 10204 Type 3.2 Test Certificate.
3. IBR Certificate.

NDT : Non - Distructive Testing.
MPT : 2000 Amps magnetic particle testing Equipment for prod, coil, central conduction with florescent method.
DPT: Dye penetrate test by water washable and solvent method.
UT : Ultrasonic testing are outsourced.
RT : Radiography testing are Ir 192 , Co60 and Betatron Radiography out sourced from approved service providers.
MPT, DPT, UT , RT & VT evaluations are carried out by ASNT level II qualified NDT personnel.
